Potassium Sorbate, Polysorbate 80, Sodium Saccharin, Sorbitol, Fructose, Deionized Water, Flavored, Sucralose, Xanthan Gum, Glycerin.

Dosage:
Children 3-6 years: 2.5 ml twice daily 
Children 7-12 years: 5 ml twice daily
adolescents and adults: 15 ml twice daily
